Renovating a house end to end, usually while it's empty — a full strip-out, new services, and every room finished to the same standard. Most take between twelve and twenty weeks depending on size and structural work.

Extensions & structural work

Loft conversions
Dormer, hip-to-gable and rooflight conversions, adding a bedroom, office or en-suite. Most are permitted development, and we'll tell you at the survey which route your roof needs.

Kitchens & bathrooms
Single-room work done properly — supplied and fitted, or fitted to units you've bought yourself. Usually two to four weeks, and we sequence trades so the room isn't out of use longer than it needs to be.
