Retail unit refit & new frontage

A dated retail unit refitted with a new aluminium shopfront, full rewire and internal fit-out, staged so the shop lost only one trading week. Structural and electrical works were certified and signed off before reopening. We agreed the closed week in advance and held to it, so lost trade was known and budgeted rather than a surprise.
