Office refurbishment, occupied building

A phased refurbishment across two floors of a working office — new partitioning, a kitchen and welfare point, flooring and full redecoration — carried out while the business kept trading. RAMS, insurance certificates and references were with the managing agent before the first visit. The strip-out ran out of hours so desks were never off the floor during working time.
