Café fit-out, shell to trading

A bare unit taken to a trading café — new shopfront, commercial kitchen, extraction, counter and seating — handed over ready for the health inspection. Gas and extraction were certified by registered specialists and the certificates passed to the operator at handover. We worked to a fixed opening date and flagged the one supply risk early enough to keep it.
