Whole-house renovation, Edwardian semi

A full renovation of a tired three-bed semi, taken back to brick and rebuilt room by room with a reconfigured ground floor and two new bathrooms. New structural openings were signed off by building control at first inspection. The house was empty throughout, so we held a fixed handover date from the first quote and met it.
