Rear extension & kitchen remodel

A wrap-around rear extension opening the original kitchen into a single family space, with a steel beam carrying the load where the back wall came out. Party wall agreements were in place with both neighbours before we broke ground. The family stayed in the house, so trades were sequenced to keep them cooking until the final fortnight.
