Side return & double-storey extension

A double-storey side extension adding a bedroom above and a widened kitchen-diner below, matched to the existing brick and roofline so it reads as original. Steelwork and foundations were engineer-designed and building-control approved before the walls went up. Weekly written updates kept the owners informed while they lived off-site for the duration.
